Diego Bonsi nasce nel 1966 e a soli 15 anni inizia la sua formazione come apprendista; prima dei 20 anni ha già il suo laboratorio artigiano e fin dai primi anni esegue lavori per produttori di armi fini. All’età di 28 anni decide di provare le proprie capacità, iniziando su una doppietta Venus della ditta FAMARS di ABBIATICO & SALVINELLI, la riproduzione di famosi particolari tratti dalla “CAPPELLA SISTINA” del grande MICHELANGELO, visto il risultato, arrivano richieste di grandi collezionisti, quindi seguono opere dedicate a CARAVAGGIO, RAFFAELLO, RUBENS e ancora MICHELANGELO.

Nel 2005 cresce l’esigenza di trasformare la propria esperienza anche a livello di insegnamento, trova con Marco Cavazzoni la giusta intesa per aprire nel Marzo 2006 “IL BULINO srl “ , quindi seleziona un gruppo di incisori già capaci e giovani veramente validi per tenere alto il livello della tradizione incisoria che nella VALTROMPIA, patria delle armi sportive, è ormai da 30 anni la migliore a livello mondiale.
